Partners & Sites
See the following for our partnering locations.
Florida Sheriffs Youth Ranch
3180 Enterprise Rd E
Safety Harbor, FL 34695
Here, we meet every week throughout the school year to serve the 21 youth who live at the Ranch. For the first hour, we play indoor and outdoor games, do crafts, and have a short Bible lesson. The last half hour we pray for dinner and eat with the kids, which is prepared by Harbor Dish (another local organization). If you have a heart for children who have been put in tough positions, this is the site for you.
Mattie Williams Neighborhood Family Center
1003 Dr Martin Luther King Jr St N
Safety Harbor, FL 34695
Here, we meet every week throughout the year, aside from a month or so during the summer, to serve the children in Mattie Williams’ after school program whose parents agreed to have mentors for their kids. All the kids are in grades one through five. We play outdoor games, do crafts, and celebrate the occasional holiday with the kids. We are not allowed to pray with the children here, but we love them and give them guidance when we can throughout the afternoons we spend with them. If you are naturally good with children, this is the place for you.
Pinellas Education Foundation & Fellowship of Christian Athletes
Public schools throughout Pinellas County
Students' Lunch Hour
Description of PEF
PEF serves every public school in the county, so you can serve at any school near your home or work place. Here, you meet with a child once per week during their lunch hour to mentor them, listen to what is going on in their life, and just spend time with them. The schools choose the children that most need mentoring to be paired with our mentors. If you are able to spend one lunch hour per week with a kid, this is the spot for you.
Description of FCA
Our newest partner, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, meets in 14 different schools across northern Pinellas County, but we are focusing on East Lake High School and Countryside High School. Here, mentors spend one lunch period per week with a small group of students during the chapter’s “huddle,” where they pray and have Bible lessons. Mentors also have the chance to sponsor a team and attend practices or games, even delivering a message to students who decide to listen before or after sporting events. If you are a former athlete, this is the location for you.
